• You retain ownership of files and data you upload.
• You grant FDAware a license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

All FDAware software, branding, and content (except user-uploaded content) are the property of FDAware and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
